Can we order sibling photos together?
Yes. On the Access Code Login page, click “Retrieve additional access codes.” You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This will unlock all available photos. You can then place a combined order, save with the savings packages for all persons, and pay shipping only once.
Professional Retouching
Have your photos professionally edited, for example to remove skin blemishes. In the shopping cart, select which photos you would like to have retouched. Retouching is not available for group photos or photo collages.
We received an email with access details – how can we order photos?
If you have received an email with access details, click the button in the email. This will take you directly to your album.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. For orders of €50 or more, Klarna – Buy now, pay later is also available.
Where can we check the status of our order, such as payment received, production, or shipping date?
Click the link in your order confirmation email. This will take you to your order status page.
How long is the delivery time?
Downloads are available immediately after payment is received. Our professional lab requires 5–7 business days for the production and shipping of photo products. Payments by bank transfer usually take 1–2 business days longer.
Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.
What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We work exclusively with a specialized professional lab. This lab uses high-quality materials from well-known suppliers to ensure uncompromising quality. If an error should occur, we will of course take care of it.
Can the image crop be adjusted?
Yes. During the ordering process, click “Adjust” and then “Crop.” If you reduce the image area, an enlargement of the selected section will be created. You can also switch between portrait and landscape format.
Availability
Photos can be ordered for at least 6 months after they have been published in the gallery.
Watermark
The watermark on the photos is solely for protection. Once you order the photos, the watermark will be removed — both from downloads and from printed products.
Delivery Time
After payment is received, digital downloads are available immediately. Production and shipping of photo products take 5–7 business days at our professional lab.
Quality
The photos are printed by our specialized professional lab on silk-finish photo paper. This paper is particularly well suited for portraits. We use only high-quality and durable materials.
